Our Philosophy

We, the Dolphin Stars Childcare, believe creating a Mandarin immersion play-based environment will help to plant a language seed in the children’s language planter box to enhance their ability to future their language skills. Not only the child will learn to speak in Mandarin, but they can also comprehend and value the importance of different languages. Furthermore, we believe creating a play-based environment helps children enhance their creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on experience with different tools and toys.

We view each child as a unique citizen of our world. Each child has their own pace of learning, as the teacher helps to create, nurture, guide, and acknowledge the progress along the way.

We believe social interaction between parents/caregivers, teachers, peers, and the environment are crucial pieces that build up their confidence and interaction skills. Children will learn to make new friends, play together in group settings, and show respect towards parents/caregivers, teachers, peers, and the environment.
